OUR REFUND POLICY
When purchasing products please choose carefully. Refunds, credit notes or exchange is offered for all unopened products when accompanied by a receipt and returned within 7 days.
For product purchased online, the sender is responsible for all postage costs.
Refunds are not available on Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Prices for services are subject to change. No shows and cancellations within 12 hours will have the service deducted from the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival for your service to enable them to be honoured. Please quote your gift card number when making your reservation to enable your booking to be secured.
